How do I enable the integration? 

To be able to set up the integration, you will need an existing Kenect account and be an administrator in both Kenect and Actionstep. Please request a demo from https://smart.kenect.com/actionstep-kenect-demo and Kenect will be able to enable the integration for you. 

How does Kenect work with Actionstep?

The integration between Actionstep and Kenect will sync all contacts in Actionstep to Kenect so your contacts are ready to communicate with. 

As you send and receive SMS messages in Kenect, you can assign these to a matter. At that point, those messages will also appear on a dedicated SMS screen on your matter, found under the Communications tab on your matter. 

You will also find a view of all SMS linked to all matters under the global Comms navigation.
