About Account Statements

Account statements detail the financial transactions and activities related to a specific account over a defined period. Using account statements (which you generate from the Aged Receivables page in Billing), you can update your clients on what amounts they currently owe your firm as well as notify them how overdue these amounts are. Using this tool, you can send account statements to multiple clients at once from a single workflow and with just a few clicks. This allows you to:

  • Save hours each month processing statements.
  • Send statements to hundreds of clients at once.
  • Customize your messages and personalize your branding.
  • Manage your debt quickly and efficiently, ensuring you have the cashflow to run your business.


If you have permission to view the Billing menu in Actionstep, you can find this feature by going to Billing > Aged Receivables.
