About Using Actionstep with Cloudify Inform

Cloudify Inform (available from Cloudify Legal) provides a broad view of how your firm is performing on a month-to-month basis with firm, team, and individual views. Cloudify Inform provides real-time and detailed reporting metrics that allow you to drill down into detailed analytics. 

To use this integration, you'll need to enable the Actionstep daily data export. If you don’t currently have this enabled, contact Cloudify Legal and ask that they arrange this for you. 

Key features of Cloudify Inform

The ActionBI free version consists of the following: 

• Firm Dashboard, which displays the main metrics across your selected financial year. (Choose which financial year your firm uses and the report is customized accordingly.)
• Team Billing, which breaks fees billed and performance against KPIs down by team.
• Individual Billing, which breaks the fees billed and performance against KPIs down by fee earner.
• Team Activity, which breaks the matters worked, hours worked, and effective rate down by team.
• Individual Activity, which breaks the matters worked, hours worked, and effective rate down by timekeeper. 

The Cloudify Inform Standard Management report has the following sections: 

• Firm Dashboards 
• Team Dashboards 
• Individual Dashboards 
• Billing 
• Activity 
• Work in Progress (WIP) 
• Invoicing 
• Payments 
• Marketing 
• New Matters or Actions 

Additionally, Cloudify Inform Standard includes: 

• A separate Individual report to be given to users who need to have access restricted to their own data only. 
• Data updated daily with reports on prior months and a live view of current month performance. 
• Ability to switch between Financial Years and Calendar Years on the fly.
• Bespoke color scheme
