Your organization key is a unique identifier that helps the Actionstep team easily access information about your Actionstep Practice Management account should you need support or subscription help. You typically will be required to provide it when interacting with an Actionstep representative.
To find your orgkey:
- In Practice Management, hover over the organization menu, located near the top-left corner of any Actionstep window.
NOTE: Once created, you cannot change your orgkey.
