Getting Help Using Actionstep

There are several different ways you can get help while using Actionstep.




Using the Knowledge Hub 

By clicking Help in the Actionstep main menu, you can use the Knowledge Hub to submit a Support ticket or access the Help Center and other resources.


A. Ask Scout

Click this option to ask the AI-based chatbot basic questions about Actionstep Practice Management. See Using Scout (AI Support Assistant) FAQ to learn more.


B. Support

Click here to access Support-related links for doing things like creating a Support ticket, accessing the Help Center or Actionstep Academy, etc.


TIP:  When searching in the Help Center, if there's a specific term you are searching for, enclose it in quotation marks.


C. How to Use Actionstep

This option links to several user-guided walkthroughs of Actionstep. These are meant to help users learn some of the basic tasks they can complete using Actionstep.


D. What's New

Use this option to view a list of what's been released (and when). See Accessing Actionstep Release Notes for more information.


E. Actionstep Roadmap

Clicking Actionstep Roadmap launches a portal where you want review and comment on what features you want to see in Actionstep. If there's something you want but it's not on the list, you can request it. 


 


Working with the Customer Success Team

The Actionstep Customer Success team is available to provide assistance to larger firms on how you can automate processes and optimize your system to get the most out of Actionstep. The Customer Success team also hosts various webinars and workshops to assist you in getting the most out of your system.




Enlisting the Help of an Actionstep Partner (or CCP)

Actionstep has numerous Certified Consulting Partners (CCPs) in every geographical region in which it operates. If you need specific help or want to explore opportunities to maximize your use of Actionstep, review our list of Actionstep Partners


Please note that the Actionstep Partners are a separate entity from Actionstep and they do charge for services they offer.

 



Participating in Actionstep Academy

Actionstep Academy offers an online learning hub designed to help all members of your organization get the most out of Actionstep. Actionstep Academy consolidates Actionstep’s learning resources into one searchable location. It has a plethora of videos and courses that can help you build a greater understanding of Actionstep features and concepts. See Actionstep Academy Overview to learn more.
