In this article you will learn how to reject a trust request.
NOTE Trust requests are currently available upon request for New Zealand customers only. Please reach out to Actionstep support to have this enabled. |
If you are an approver on a trust request that is no longer going ahead (ie The sale has fallen through and not proceeding.) You will need to reject the trust request.
- Firstly it is best to add some information regarding the rejection to the activity log.
- Then scroll back up to the top of the page and click on the reject button.
- It is best to assign the rejected transaction back to the requestor just so that they are aware.
