Using Actionstep Product Feedback

Actionstep Product Feedback is a powerful tool that helps the Actionstep Product Management team gather valuable insight into how you interact with Practice Management. Using it, you can provide real-time feedback that helps shape the features and tools that will enhance your Actionstep experience. 

Within the Product Feedback portal, you can review the features currently under consideration as well as features that are in discovery, under development, and recently released. As you review these options, you can vote on the features that are essential to you and your firm. You can also share comments and suggestions. If you interact with Actionstep Feedback, you may be contacted by Actionstep product managers to provide additional information or participate in beta testing programs. 

To access Actionstep Feedback:

1. From any page in Practice Management, click Help in the main menu bar.
2. Choose Product Feedback from the list of options.The Actionstep Product Feedback portal is displayed.
3. Complete any of the following tasks:
   • Use the search box to search for features Actionstep may be exploring or actively working on by entering the search term in the Search box. As you type, the features available in the list are filtered to show those ideas or features that match your search term. (Click the X in the search box to view the full list again.)
     
   • Click the Ideas in discovery, In development, and Released tabs to view current ideas or features the Actionstep team is exploring or working on.
     If you see an idea you are interested in, click it to review the information, and then click one of the three buttons (Must have, Nice to have, or Not interested) to rank your interest in the feature. Optionally, enter more details about your response in the field that appears. Then click Submit.
     
   • If there's a feature you'd like that you don't see in the list, click Give feedback and then complete the form that appears.
