When building forms for your prospects and clients, you can style the forms so they match your firm’s branding.
To do this:
- In Actionstep, go to Admin > Capture. The Actionstep Capture page appears.
- In the side navigation bar, click Branding. The Branding page appears.
- Change any of the following fields, as needed:
- Click the smaller circle next to the Company Logo field and then browse to and select the logo you want included in emails and client forms.
- Enter the name of your firm in the Company Name field.
- Include a link to your firm’s legal notice by entering it in the Legal URL field.
- Choose the Timezone where your firm operates their business.
- Click the Form color field to choose the basic color for your form.NOTE: To apply a specific color, choose from the following options:
A. Drag the circle across the slider to the color you want, and then use B. to adjust the shade and hue.
C. Click this to hover your mouse over any area of your computer screen and select the color—even if the item whose color you want to use it outside of Capture.
D. Toggle these arrows to switch between RGB, Hex, and HSL options for adjusting the color. - Click the Text color field to choose whether the text on the form appears Light or Dark. If you’ve selected a dark Form color, choosing Light here will create better, more readable experience for your clients.
- Click the Font family drop-down list and choose the font that will be used for text on the forms.
- Click the smaller circle next to the Company Logo field and then browse to and select the logo you want included in emails and client forms.
- When you’re finished making your changes, click Save.
