Error: Plug-in installed but not showing in Office365 (Outlook, Word)
Sometimes the plug-in will cause Word or Outlook to open slowly and the Office application will disable the plug-in.
NOTE: The Microsoft Office plug-in is considered legacy technology that Microsoft no longer supports or updates. As such, you might consider using the OneDrive integration instead. To learn more, see Using Microsoft OneDrive with Actionstep.
To fix this:
- In Microsoft file, go to File > Options > Add-ins.
- Click the Manage drop-down list and select Disabled Items and click Go.
The Disabled Items window appears.
- Select the Actionstep plug-in and click Enable.
- Restart the application.
