HotDocs Permissions

The HotDocs plug-in is provided as an optional extra and will be added to your monthly bill. 

Follow the steps below to grant and remove HotDocs access (licenses) for users.

To do this you will require Subscription Authority (set for your login in Admin > Users & Permissions)

Step 1

 Go to Admin > Integrations and select Manage for the HotDocs integration. 

Select Manage Licenses.

Step 2

Now tick the boxes beside the users you would like to have access. Then tick the box next to "I accept the changes to my subscription" and click the Save button.

Licenses can be removed by unchecking users and saving.
