Troubleshooting the Actionstep plugin for Office365

Plugin installed but not showing in Office365 (Outlook, Word)

Sometimes the plugin will cause Word or Outlook to open slowly and the Office application will disable the plugin.


To fix this, please navigate to File > Options > Add-ins > Select Disabled Items from the drop-down > GO > Enable Actionstep > Restart the application.
