HotDocs Shared Answer Files

You can share answer files between document templates so that the answers created in one document will be available for another document. We call these matter-level answer files. To create a shared answer file click on the HotDocs Answer Files tab in the matter type editor.

Here you can create a new shared answer file which you can then link to several templates.
