Deleting Participant Custom Data Fields (Admin)

At times, you may need to delete custom data fields you've added to a participant type. 



To do this:

  1. In Actionstep, go to Admin >Additional Settings. The Additional Settings page appears.
  2. Click Edit in the Participant types section.
  3. Click the name of the participant type you want to delete the custom data field for. The Edit Participant Type window appears.
    TIP:  You can also click the number link in the Data Field Count column. 
  4. Click Edit custom data fields. The Custom Data Fields for [Participant_type] window appears.
  5. Click the name for the field you want to delete. The Edit Custom Data Field window appears.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. On the page that appears, enter a Reason for deletion and click Delete SelectionThe field is deleted and you're returned to the Participant Types page.
