Planned ROI | This is the Forecasted Income - the budgeted income / budget income (these amounts are entered when setting up the marketing campaign) |
Sales Pipeline ROI | Sales pipeline ROI - shows the income from sales pipeline - expenses / expenses |
CLV ROI | Customer Lifetime Value ROI - shows total CLV / expenses - expenses |
Actual ROI | shows actual total income - expenses / expenses |
This table shows you (depending on the TAB selected at the top - Sales Pipeline, CLV, Actual, Planned) Income from various marketing activities versus expenses. You can click on each marketing activity to see a breakdown of matters contributing to income and individual reports.
