This article will go over how to cancel your Actionstep subscription.
| NOTE: The Actionstep team cannot delete your system on your behalf. This must be done from your side. |
To cancel your subscription:
- Hover over your company name on the top left of your Actionstep Screen
- Click on Subscription Settings.
- Click on the Delete this system button.
| Please note your system will be immediately inaccessible after deletion. We do however hold your data for a short period to allow you time to request a backup or to regain access for any reason. |
Requesting A Back Up Of Your System
The documents and data that you upload to Actionstep are your property. You can request a backup copy of your data and documents at any time. This takeaway backup is a downloaded version of all of the real-time data and documents within your system to date. See Requesting Backups of Your Actionstep Data for information on requesting this backup.
