FAQs
Q. I want to run an account entries report on all my transactions across all general ledgers but I dont wan tto have to pick every single GL account?
A. Go to Accounting > Accounts > Account List go to display and select master accounts (this makes it a little easier to see the header accounts). You can select all the accounts in bold OR you can select the main header accounts for example, in the screenshot below this would be Assets and Fixed Assets.
Add these accounts to your search and make sure to tick include detail of header accounts (this actually includes details of the child accounts). This will generate a report with every account listed under the header accounts included.
Q. I want to include the entrire financial year of transactions however it will not load?
A. Unfortunately there may be too many transactions to run this length of time in one report try narrowing down your search to six months or three months or one month at a time.
